Hunter Outfitter Survey
As you answer each question ask yourself "were these services provided as they were presented by the outfitter?" For example, if the outfitter said you would have camp food and pack lunches, base your rating on these services as advertised/contracted. You didn't have any reason to expect steak and lobster. And if accommodations were described as wall tents with cots, then grade them accordingly. Don't compare a spike camp to a tent base camp or a do-your-own-cooking rustic cabin to a luxury lodge. Genuine, legitimate ratings must be based on services as described by the outfitter when you booked your hunt, not on what you as the client may have otherwise desired. Each question is to be given a one to ten rating, one being the worst and 10 being the best. If any particular service was not provided, such as food or accommodations for example, mark it N/A.

Fishing Guide Survey
As you answer each question ask yourself "were these services provided as they were presented by the guide or outfitter?" For example, if the guide said you would have shore lunches with fresh fish and bag lunches as a back up, then base your rating on these services as advertised/contracted. You didn't have any reason to expect steaks for lunch if you didn't catch any fish. And if equipment was described as drift boats, you can't compare them to bass boats. Genuine, legitimate ratings must be based on services as described by the guide or outfitter when you booked your trip, not on what you as the client may have otherwise desired. Each question is to be given a one to ten rating, one being the worst and 10 being the best. If any particular service was not provided, such as food or accommodations for example, mark it N/A.
