As you answer each question keep in mind were these services given as they were presented by the outfitter? If the outfitter said you would have camp food and pack lunches, base your rating on these services as advertised. Don't expect steak and shrimp. If accommodations were described as wall tents with cots, then grade them accordingly. Don't compare a tent camp to a lodge. Genuine, legitimate ratings must be based on services as described by the outfitter, not on what you as the client may have otherwise desired. Each line item will be given a one to ten rating, one being the worst and 10 being the best. If any particular service was not provided, such as food or accommodations, mark it NA.

How was the food?
Were the meals as described, of sufficient quantities and good tasting?
       

How were the accommodations?
Were they as described, clean and well organized?
       

What condition was the outfitter's equipment in?
Was the equipment and stock (trucks, stands, ATV's, horses, etc.) in good working order and well kept?
       

Was the outfitter's staff friendly, courteous, and enjoyable to be around?
Were they accommodating and did they make you feel welcome?
       

Were the guides familiar and knowledgeable with the area and the game?
Did the guides know the local game patterns and had they done any preseason scouting?
       

Did you see a good quantity of game or evidence there of?
Base this on what you were told to expect but also consider the weather, moon phase, migration etc?
       

Was the hunting area adequate for the number of hunters?
Did you have enough hunting area or stand/blind selections without being reasonably crowded by others?
       

Was there enough room and services in camp for the number of hunters?
Was the camp over crowded and stressed for services?
       

Did the outfitter communicate well before, during and after the hunt?
This doesn't mean constant contact or excessive calls. Did the outfitter explain their services and expectations before the hunt. Communicate with you during the hunt and follow up with any necessities after?
       

How was the overall experience?
Was the overall experience a positive one?
